Stunning, fragrant Thuya Burl and Walnut combine for a delicate, showtopping box. The swirling fingerprint-like grain patterns and birdseye of the Thuya Burl make for a truly unique piece, with plenty of room for precious belongings inside. The spicy fragrance of the wood is released each time the box is opened (unless opened, the box does not contain a noticeable fragrance). A curved 'flame' comprises the walnut finial, which is used to pull open the box. Finished with food safe oil. Please note there is a hairline crack in the lid along the rim - it is virtually invisible to the eye unless you are looking for it. It has been repaired with glue and should not cause any issues.
